We use Printful to produce and fulfil orders. We remain responsible to you as the seller.
2. Products and orders
The product page describes the item, its materials, available sizes and other relevant details. Please check your selected size, colour, quantity and delivery address before ordering.
You can change your selections in the shopping cart and correct your details before submitting the order.
By clicking the final button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items shown in the order summary.
An automatic message confirming receipt of your order does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. We accept your order by expressly confirming acceptance, requesting or collecting payment, or dispatching the goods, whichever happens first. A payment authorisation that only reserves funds does not itself constitute acceptance.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. The total payable to us, including applicable taxes, is shown before you submit your order.
Standard shipping is included in the product price for every destination available for the selected products at checkout. There is no additional standard shipping charge or minimum order value.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider you select. Its own terms may also apply, particularly if you choose instalments or deferred payment.
4. International deliveries
We deliver to the countries and regions available for the selected products at checkout. Availability depends on the product, delivery address and applicable shipping restrictions.
Free shipping covers the standard transport charge. It does not include import duties, import taxes or customs-clearance charges imposed separately in the destination country, unless checkout expressly states that these are included or prepaid.
Where such charges apply and have not been collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient. Their amount depends on the destination and the applicable customs rules.
5. Production and delivery
Our products are generally made after an order is placed.
The delivery period communicated before purchase includes the stated production and shipping time. Different items may be produced at different facilities and delivered in separate parcels, without an additional standard shipping charge.
If a delivery problem occurs, contact info(at)otido.de. We will investigate and inform you of the available solution. Your statutory rights concerning delay, non-delivery and refunds remain unaffected.
For consumer purchases, we generally bear the risk of loss or damage during transport until you or a person nominated by you receives the goods. Statutory exceptions apply where you independently appoint a carrier that we have not offered.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by these terms. Where German withdrawal law applies, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw after receiving the goods, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.
Producing a standard catalogue item after you order it does not by itself remove this right.
A statutory exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. We will identify any applicable exception before you place the order.
The separate Withdrawal Policy explains the withdrawal period, how to withdraw, return arrangements and refunds. It also provides a model withdrawal form.
You do not need our permission to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. Contact info(at)otido.de if you need help identifying the correct return address. Our production partner’s internal return rules do not limit your rights against us.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
You have the statutory rights that apply if goods are defective, damaged or do not match your order.
For new goods under German law, claims for defects generally have a limitation period of two years from delivery, subject to statutory exceptions and extensions.
Please contact info(at)otido.de and describe the problem. An order number and photographs can help us investigate, but providing photographs is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.
Depending on the legal conditions, you may be entitled to repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction, termination of the contract or damages. We bear the necessary costs of statutory remedies for defects.
Printful’s internal reporting deadlines do not shorten your statutory rights against us.
8. Liability
Our liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Personal data
We process personal data to operate the shop and handle orders. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your rights.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply to your purchase.
These terms do not restrict your statutory rights concerning where you may bring a claim.
