Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal under German law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The period starts when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item arrives. For goods delivered in several lots or pieces, it starts when the last lot or piece arrives.
Mandatory consumer rights under other applicable laws remain unaffected.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can, for example, email us or send a letter:

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You do not need our approval or a return authorisation to exercise your right.
It is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing:

You meet the deadline if you send the goods before the 14 days expire.
You pay the direct cost of return shipping for a withdrawal. Free delivery of your original order does not include free return shipping.
Your refund
We will refund payments received from you for the withdrawn purchase without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
This includes any standard delivery charge you paid. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery.
Where standard shipping was included in the price, we will not deduct our original shipping costs from your refund.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
Trying on and handling items
You may inspect the goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible for a reduction in value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection and the legal conditions for such liability are met.
Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Made-to-order products
Printing or producing a standard catalogue item after you order it does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal.
An exception may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, such as an item bearing your own name or uploaded design. Any applicable exception will be explained before purchase.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrect goods are separate from the right of withdrawal.
Contact info(at)otido.de and describe the problem. We bear the necessary costs of remedies required by law. The customer-paid return-shipping rule above does not apply to those costs.
Printful’s internal return conditions do not limit your statutory rights against OTIDO UG.
